摘　　要：铁路是我国的基础设施,在运输行业中占据较高的地位.铁路投资公司主要业务包括国有资本投资、资产管理、铁路资产资源开发等.一直以来,财务风险是铁路投资公司运营管理过程中广泛存在且无法彻底消除的风险之一.如何切实加强财务风险控制与防范,成为越来越多铁路投资公司迫切需要解决的问题.基于此,文章简述了铁路投资公司的财务风险,阐述了铁路投资公司进行财务风险管理的意义,并探讨了铁路投资公司财务风险的应对措施,旨在帮助铁路投资公司更快更好地实现战略发展目标,强化运营管理.The railway is the infrastructure construction in China,which occupies a high position in the transportation industry.The main business of the railway investment company includes state-owned capital investment,asset management,railway asset resources development and so on.For a long time,financial risk is one of the risks that exist widely and cannot be eliminated completely in the operation and management of railway investment companies.How to strengthen financial risk control and prevention has become an urgent problem for more and more railway investment companies.Based on this,this paper briefly describes the financial risk of railway investment companies,expounds the significance of financial risk management of railway investment companies,and discusses the countermeasures to deal with financial risk of railway investment companies,aiming at helping railway investment companies to achieve strategic development goals faster and better and strengthen operation management.
