摘　　要：同步放化疗是局部晚期宫颈癌主要的治疗手段,放疗后出现阴道损伤是不可避免的,而以往临床上对急性放射性阴道损伤的治疗及预防关注较少。本文对宫颈癌放疗后急性阴道不良反应的发生机制、治疗及其预防的研究结果及进展做一综述,以期为临床工作中减少阴道损伤、更好地完成放疗疗程、提高生活质量提供参考。Concurrent chemoradiotherapy is the main treatment for locally advanced cervical cancer,and the incidence of vaginal injury is inevitable after radiotherapy.However,insufficient attention has been paid to the treatment and prevention of acute radiation-induced vaginal injury.Therefore,the mechanism,treatment and prevention of acute vaginal side effects after radiotherapy in cervical cancer were reviewed in this article,aiming to reduce the incidence of vaginal injury,complete the course of radiotherapy and improve the quality of life.
