摘  要:在板球控制系统中,干扰信号是影响控制系统稳定的重要因素。球体控制是否能够精确地完成相应的要求,取决于系统受到的外界干扰大小。因此,设计板球系统的抗干扰电路很有必要。该系统采用边沿检测二值电路防止传输图像出现模糊化,运用光耦隔离电路避免舵机运动过程可能出现的抖动现象,通过在交流电源输入端采用EMI滤波电路抑制外部干扰中共模信号产生的干扰。实验表明,加入抗干扰电路后,板球系统控制小球进入目标位置并保持稳定的状态需要较短的时间,距离目标位置更近。该系统可以更快速、准确地控制小球的运动,控制性能得到很大提升。In the cricket control system, the interference signal is an important factor affecting the stability of the control system. Whether the ball control can accurately complete the corresponding requirements depends on the system that should be subject to as little external interference as possible. Therefore, it is necessary to design the anti-interference circuit of the cricket system. The edge detection binary circuit is used to prevent the blurring of the transmitted image,the optocoupler isolation circuit is used to avoid the jitter phenomenon that may occur during the movement of the steering gear, and the EMI filter circuit is used at the AC power input to suppress the interference caused by the common mode signal from external interference. The experiment shows that after adding the anti-interference circuit, it takes a short time for the cricket system to control the ball to enter the target position and maintain a stable state, and it is closer to the target position. The system can control the movement of the ball more quickly and accurately, and the control performance is greatly improved.
