摘　　要：伴随着信息网络技术的快速发展,高校信息化发展水平也随之提升。一站式网上办事大厅是高校信息化建设的重点,通过加快一站式网上办事大厅建设速度,科学加强一站式网上办事大厅业务流程建设,有助于进一步提高高校办事效率,强化服务效果。基于此,高校高度重视一站式网上办事大厅建设,特别是整合、优化、再造业务流程,切实提高业务管理水平。文章主要分析了高校一站式网上办事大厅业务流程建设的价值,提出了高校一站式网上办事大厅业务流程建设策略,展望了未来的业务流程建设工作,旨在为业务流程建设提供科学指导,提高高校服务水平。With the rapid development of information network technology, the development level of information technology in colleges and universities is also improved. One-stop online office hall is the focus of information construction in colleges and universities. By speeding up the construction speed of one-stop online office hall,scientifically strengthening the construction of one-stop online office hall is helpful to further improve the efficiency of colleges and universities and strengthen the service effect. Based on this, colleges and universities attach great importance to the construction of one-stop online service hall, especially to integrate, optimize and reengineering business processes, and effectively improve the level of business management. This paper mainly analyzes the value of one-stop online business process construction, puts forward the one-stop online business process construction strategy,looks forward to the future business process construction, aims to provide scientific guidance for business process construction and improve the service level of colleges and universities.
