摘 要:在新能源汽车蓬勃发展和减重减排的全球环保大趋势下,仪表板横梁的轻量化技术正在被不断完善和应用。对于主流的钢制仪表板横梁,结构减重带来的轻量化贡献毕竟有限。而随着镁合金横梁、铝合金横梁的成熟应用,以轻金属与高强度塑料混合形式的仪表板横梁在轻量化方面表现出独有的优势。本文就以一种铝制CCB为研究对象,将其主要支架改进为塑料材质,并对改进后的重量、性能和工艺可行性进行了分析研究,为铝-塑CCB的开发应用提供了借鉴。Under the global environmental protection trend of vigorous development of new energy vehicles and weight reduction and emission reduction, the lightweight technology of dashboard beam is being constantly improved and applied. For the mainstream steel instrument panel beam, the lightweight contribution of structural weight reduction is limited after all. With the mature application of magnesium alloy beam and aluminum alloy beam, the dashboard beam in the form of light metal and high-strength plastic shows unique advantages in performance, cost and weight. In this paper, the main support of an aluminum CCB is improved to plastic material, and the weight, performance and process feasibility of the improved CCB are analyzed, which provides a reference for the development and application of aluminum plastic CCB.
