摘 要:城市地下通道的修建,在给城市交通出行带来便利的同时也给城市交通畅通带来了挑战。根据城市地下通道特点及道路路段可靠度的研究成果,提出了基于BPR路阻函数和威布尔函数的城市地下通道行程时间可靠度算法,根据每种算法的使用条件,基于威布尔函数的城市地下通道行程时间可靠度算法因计算参数容易测量可作为常用算法,并且以一个1.67km地下通道为例进行了验证应用。结果得出,威布尔函数需根据可靠性工程函数计算可靠度,而BPR函数的计算结果不够准确。由于威布尔函数的可靠度算法的适用性较广,成为计算行程可靠度最常用的计算函数,计算出的合理性也较好。The construction of urban underground passages not only brings convenience to urban transportation, but also brings challenges to the smooth flow of urban transportation. According to the research results of urban underpass characteristics and road section reliability, an urban underground passage travel time reliability algorithm based on BPR road resistance function and Weibull function is proposed. According to the use conditions of each algorithm, the urban underground passage travel time reliability algorithm based on Weibull function can be used as a common algorithm due to the easy measurement of calculation parameters, and a 1.67km underground passage is used as an example to verify and apply. It is concluded that the Weibull function needs to calculate the reliability according to the reliability engineering function, and the calculation result of the BPR function is not accurate enough. Due to the wide applicability of the reliability algorithm of the Weibull function, it has become the most commonly used calculation function for calculating the reliability of the stroke, and the rationality of the calculation is also good.
