摘　　要：目的分析共同性内斜视(concomitant esotropia,CE)患者术后八年的正位生存情况,探寻影响CE手术效果的危险因素。方法回顾性队列研究。我们建立了2005年1月1日至2009年12月31日在北京大学第一医院接受手术治疗的CE患者的357例回顾性队列。分别收集入院时和出院后的人口统计学变量和临床变量,用Kaplan-Meier法进行生存分析,Cox比例风险模型进行多因素分析,评价CE患者术后远期效果的影响因素。结果本队列357例CE术后随访8年,1、3、5和8年的正位生存率分别为97.77%(8/357)、92.71%(26/357)、88.23%(42/357)和84.87%(54/357)。确定了6个独立的预后因素:手术年龄,发病年龄,弱视,斜视度,手术量和术后1w斜视度。结论CE手术正位率随时间延长而降低,手术年龄,发病年龄,弱视,斜视度,手术量和术后1w斜视度是影响预后的主要因素。Objective To analyze the eight-year survival rates of concomitant esotropia(CE)patients and explore the risk factors affecting the effect of CE surgery.Methods Retrospective cohort study.We established a retrospective cohort of 357 CE patients who received surgical treatment in Peking University First Hospital from January 1,2005 to December31,2009.Demographic variables and clinical variables at admission and after discharge were collected respectively.Kaplan Meier method was used for survival analysis.Cox proportional risk model was used for multivariate analysis to evaluate the influencing factors of long-term effect of CE patients after surgery.Results 357 patients in this cohort were followed up for 8years after CE,and the 1-year,3-year,5-year and 8-year survival rates were 97.77%(8/357),92.71%(26/357),88.23%(42/357)and 84.87%(54/357),respectively.Six independent prognostic factors were determined:age at operation,age at onset,amblyopia,deviation angles,surgery amount and deviation angles 1 week after operation.Conclusions The survival rate of CE surgery decreased with time.The age at surgery,age at onset,amblyopia,deviation angles,surgery amount and deviation angles 1 week after surgery were the main factors affecting the prognosis.
