摘 要:异步电动机工作负载的在线监测,对工程实际具有重要意义。本文提出一种基于异步电动机定子电流测量的方法,实现对异步电动机负载功率的在线监测。该方法基于电路互感原理,通过测量异步电动机定子电流,获取稳定运行工况下不同负载的实验数据。采用等效电路对其在不同负载下运行中的功率损耗进行分析,确定定子电流与负载功率的理论关系。引入粒子群优化最小二乘支持向量机(PSO-LSSVM),建立定子电流与负载功率关系模型,用模型验证实验结果,结果表明,该方法能够用于电动机实际工作负载的在线监测,本研究为异步电动机工作状况的确定提供了依据。On-line monitoring of asynchronous motor load is of great significance to engineering practice. In this paper, a method based on the measurement of stator current of asynchronous motor was proposed to realize the on-line monitoring of load power of asynchronous motor. Based on the principle of mutual inductance of circuits, the experimental data of different loads were obtained by measuring the stator current of the asynchronous motor under stable operating conditions. The equivalent circuit was used to analyze the power loss under different loads and determine the theoretical relationship between stator current and load power. Particle swarm optimization least-squares support vector machine(PSO-LSSVM) was introduced to establish the relationship model between stator current and load power, and the experimental results were verified by the model. The results show that the proposed method can be used to monitor the actual working load of the motor. This study provides a basis for determining the working status of the asynchronous motor.
