摘 要:在电机驱动系统中,共模电压的波动会产生高频谐波和漏电流。针对这一问题,提出了一种带预选矢量集的虚矢量模型预测控制(PDO-FCS-MPC)方法。这种方法有效抑制了共模电压的波动,并且尽可能的平衡了开关损耗和输出波形质量之间的关系。通过对三相二电平逆变器的仿真分析,对于不含虚矢量的远端状态脉宽调制(RS-PWM),在共模电压被固定的同时,逆变器的开关频率为12233 Hz,输出相电流的总谐波失真(THD)为5.96%。在不带预选矢量集的虚矢量模型预测控制(DO-FCS-MPC)下,逆变器的开关频率为22177 Hz,输出相电流的THD为2.56%。而在使用PDO-FCS-MPC这种控制策略时,逆变器的开关频率变为了13200 Hz,输出相电流的THD为3.83%。根据仿真结果,可以得到PDO-FCS-MPC这种方法能在固定共模电压的同时,更有效的平衡逆变器开关损耗和输出波形质量之间的关系。In the motor drive system, common-mode voltage fluctuations cause high frequency harmonics and leakage current flow. Aiming at this problem, a virtual vector model predictive control(PDO-FCS-MPC) method with preselected vector set was proposed. This method effectively suppressed fluctuations in common-mode voltage and balances switching losses and output waveform quality. Simulation analysis of three-phase two-level inverter, for remote state pulse width modulation(RS-PWM) without virtual vectors and while the common-mode voltage is fixed, the inverter has a switching frequency of 12233 Hz and the total harmonic distortion(THD) of the output phase current is 5.96%. Under the virtual vector model predictive control(DO-FCS-MPC) without a preselected vector set, the inverter has a switching frequency of 22177 Hz and a THD of 2.56% of the output phase current. When using the PDO-FCS-MPC control strategy, the switching frequency of the inverter becomes 13200 Hz, and the THD of the output phase current is 3.83%. According to the simulation results, it can be obtained that the PDO-FCS-MPC method can more effectively balance the relationship between the switching loss of the inverter and the quality of the output waveform while fixing the common mode voltage.
