摘　　要：目的了解山东省泰安市蔬菜中的农药污染状况,为农药中毒的预警及预防控制提供依据。方法采用气相色谱-质谱联用法检测2016-2021年山东省泰安市720份蔬菜农药残留量,分析农药污染状况。结果各年份之间农药检出率和超标率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2017年检出率和超标率高于其他年份。不同季节之间农药检出率和超标率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),春夏季检出率和超标率高于秋冬季。不同类别蔬菜之间农药检出率和超标率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),叶菜类、鳞茎类等检出率和超标率高于其他类。结论2016-2021年山东省泰安市蔬菜中的农药污染较为普遍,2017年、春夏季、叶菜类和鳞茎类蔬菜中的超标率较高。Objective To understand pesticide contamination of vegetables in Tai’an city,Shandong province,so as to provide scientific basis for early warning,prevention and control of pesticide poisoning.Methods The pesticide residues in 720 vegetable samples collected from Tai’an city,Shandong province from 2016 to 2021 were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)to analyze the pesticide pollution.Results There were significant differences in pesticide detection rate and over-standard rate among different years(P<0.01),the detection rate and over-standard rate in 2017 were higher than those in other years;There were significant differences in pesticide detection rate and over-standard rate among different seasons(P<0.01),and the detection rate and over-standard rate in spring and summer were higher than those in autumn and winter;The difference in detection rate and over-standard rate among different types of vegetables has statistically significant(P<0.01),the detection rate and over-standard rate of leafy vegetables and bulbs were higher than those of other categories.Conclusion Pesticide contamination in vegetables is common in Taian city,Shandong province from 2016 to 2021.The exceedance rate was higher in 2017,spring and summer,leafy and bulb vegetables.
