基于《寓意草》脾胃观探讨健脾化痰法治疗淋巴瘤

摘　　要：淋巴瘤为血液内科常见恶性疾病,导师史哲新主任医师善用中医理论辨证论治淋巴瘤,临床多从健脾和胃、化痰散结入手,随症加减药物,对缓解此病的临床症状及减轻放、化疗后不良反应均有较好的疗效。喻昌,清初著名医家,著有《寓意草》一书,其中载述多种病证的治疗均需重视健脾,并附相关理论。笔者在跟师临证及学习《寓意草》后总结心得,探讨喻氏健脾思想对健脾化痰法治疗淋巴瘤的启发,以期为中医临证提供思路。Lymphoma is a common malignant disease of Hematology.Chief Physician SHI Zhexin,a tutor of the author,makes good use of TCM theory to treat lymphoma based on syndrome differentiation.In clinical practice,the professor usually treats the disease from the aspects of invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach,resolving phlegm and dispersing mass,which show curative effect in relieving the clinical symptoms and reducing the adverse reactions after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.YU Chang,a well-known physician in the early Qing Dynasty,wrote the book Yuyi Cao(《寓意草》),which stated that the treatment of many diseases should pay attention to invigorating spleen,and attached related theories.The experience is summarized by the author after learning from the tutor in clinical practice and learning the knowledge in Yuyi Cao,and the enlightenment of YU’s spleen-invigorating thought treating lymphoma by the method of invigorating spleen and removing phlegm was explored in order to provide more ideas for TCM clinical treatment.
