“扶阳抑阴”针法配合康复训练治疗脑梗死后足内翻的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:验证“扶阳抑阴”针法结合运动康复训练对脑梗死后足内翻患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年5月-2021年4月在北京市鼓楼中医医院康复科进行治疗的脑梗死患者48例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各24例。治疗组以“扶阳抑阴”法为治疗原则进行针刺结合康复训练;对照组仅采用康复训练。共治疗6周。比较两组患者的足内翻角度、Fugl-Meyer下肢功能评分(Fugl-Meyer Lower Limb Function Score,FMA-L)及步行功能量表评分(Functional Ambulation Category Scale,FAC)情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者的足内翻角度、FMA-L评分、FAC评分均较治疗前显著改善(P <0.05),且治疗组治疗后的FMA-L评分、FAC评分显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:“扶阳抑阴”针刺法结合运动康复训练能更好地改善患者的足内翻症状,增强下肢运动能力,提高步行能力,值得临床推广。Objective:To test the clinical effect of“Fuyang Yiyin”(扶阳抑阴)acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on foot varus after cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 48 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in the Rehabilitation Department of Beijing Gulou Hospital of TCM from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 24 cases in each.The treatment group took acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training based on the principle of“Fuyang Yiyin”acupuncture,while the control group only took rehabilitation training,for a total of 6 weeks.The foot varus angle,FMA-L lower limb function score and FAC score in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the foot varus angle,FMA-L score,and FAC score in the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the FMA-L score and FAC score in the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:“Fuyang Yiyin”acupuncture plus rehabilitation training can better ameliorate the symptoms of foot varus,enhance lower limb movement ability,and improve walking ability.It is worthy of clinical application.
