利培酮配合心理行为疗法在精神分裂症伴失眠患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨利培酮配合心理行为疗法对精神分裂症伴失眠患者的影响;方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月福州市长乐区精神病医院收治的精神分裂症伴失眠患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用利培酮药物治疗,观察组采用利培酮药物结合心理行为疗法,比较2组患者治疗1个月后的临床治疗效果及睡眠质量。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组患者的一般精神状态评分及PSQI评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);结论:采用利培酮结合心理行为疗法可明显改善精神分裂症伴失眠患者的精神分裂症症状及睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of risperidone combined with psychobehavioral therapy on schizophrenic patients with insomnia;Methods:A total of 60 inpatients with schizophrenia and insomnia diagnosed in Fuzhou Changle District Psychiatric Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly selected and divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with risperidone and the observation group was treated with risperidone combined with psychobehavioral therapy.The clinical treatment effect and sleep quality improvement after one month of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After one month of treatment,the general mental state,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency andThe total score of PSQI was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion:Risperidone combined with psychobehavioral therapy can significantly improve the symptoms and sleep quality of schizophrenic patients with insomnia.
