非外语类高校小语种新型精英化人才培养探析

摘　　要：小语种教育作为高校外语教育的有机组成部分,在当代新型人才培养体系中占据着重要地位。要实现小语种新型精英化人才培养,一是建立精英学员的选拔机制,二是完善小语种精英化教育课堂,三是打造完备的小语种教材体系,四是把信息化教学方法融入学习全过程,五是分语种建立小语种教学团队和人才库。只有加强对小语种精英人才培养的重视和组织领导,建立完善的人才培养体系,充分利用教学资源,才能为参与未来国际竞争培养更多高素质的国际化人才。As an organic part of foreign language education in colleges and universities,minority language education plays an important role in the contemporary new talent training system.It is still necessary to cultivate elite talents of new minority languages in the current stage of popular education.In order to achieve the new minority language elite talent training,the first is to establish the selection mechanism of elite students.Second,the minority language elite education should be improved.Third,we should build a complete system of teaching materials for minority languages.Fourth,we should integrate the information teaching method into the whole process of learning.Fifth,we should establish minority language teaching team and talent pool.Only by strengthening the attention and organizational leadership to the cultivation of elite talents in minority languages,establishing a perfect talent cultivation system,and making full use of teaching resources,can we cultivate more high-quality international talents for participating in the future international competition.
