摘  要:以丙烯酸和聚乙烯醇磺酸钠为主要原料,在不改变现有带式高吸水性树脂(SAP)聚合生产工艺的情况下,采用水溶液聚合法合成了半互穿网络型SAP,并使用扫描电镜、傅里叶红外和高级拓展流变仪等仪器对高吸水性树脂进行了结构与性能表征。结果表明,当聚乙烯醇磺酸钠的质量分数为5%时,半互穿网络型SAP的加压吸收率相比于原SAP增加25%,吸生理盐水(0.9%)率达到49.3 g/g。在此基础之上,为了进一步提高SAP的加压吸收率和凝胶强度,制备了有机膨润土复合高吸水性树脂。高级拓展流变仪测试结果表明,当有机膨润土质量分数为1%时,所制备的有机-无机复合SAP的凝胶强度相比于原配方提升一倍,加压吸收率增加35%。Taking acrylic acid and sodium polyvinyl sulfonate as the primary raw materials, without changing the existing super absorbent polymer(SAP)kettle bursting production process, the interpenetrating network SAP was synthesized by the aqueous solution polymerization method, and the structure and properties of SAP were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier infrared and advanced extended rheometer.The results show when the mass fraction of sodium polyvinyl sulfonate is 5%,the pressurized absorption rate of interpenetrating network SAP is increased by 25%comparing with the original SAP and the saline absorption rate is 49.3 g/g.To further improve the pressure absorption rate and gel strength of SAP,an organic bentonite composite SAP is prepared.The advanced extended rheometer test results show when the mass fraction of organic bentonite is 1%,the gel strength of the organic-inorganic composite SAP prepared is doubled comparing with the original formula, and the pressurized absorption rate is increased by 35%.
