摘　　要：咽鼓管功能障碍对鼻咽癌患者造成严重影响,尤易发于放疗后的鼻咽癌患者,影响患者生活质量。鼻咽癌放疗后患者咽鼓管功能障碍评估、治疗相对于其他疾病引起的咽鼓管功能障碍更为复杂和困难。该文主要从相关形成机制、评估和治疗体系方面进行综述,希望为鼻咽癌放疗后患者咽鼓管功能诊疗提供更多的参考。Eustachian tube dysfunction has a serious impact on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and the dysfunction is especially prevalent in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy,affecting their quality of life.The evaluation and treatment of Eustachian tube dysfunction in the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy are more complicated and difficult than those in the patients with Eustachian tube dysfunction caused by other diseases.This paper mainly reviews the relevant formation mechanism,evaluation and treatment systems,hoping to provide more references for the diagnosis and treatment of Eustachian tube dysfunction in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after radiotherapy.
