摘　　要：紫珠属植物在我国有着悠久的药用历史,多以根、叶入药,该属植物中含有各种结构独特的萜类化合物,且药理活性广泛。本文作者在已有文献的基础上,对2015-2022年紫珠属植物中新发现的萜类化学成分进行归纳,确定了136种萜类化合物首次从该属植物中发现,其中包括96个新化合物。同时围绕上述化合物的抗炎、神经保护、保肝、抗肿瘤等药理作用加以分析,以期为紫珠属植物药效物质基础研究提供参考。The genus Callicarpa,mostly in roots and leaves,has a long history of medicinal use in China.The genus contains a variety of terpenoids with unique structures and a wide range of pharmacological activities.In this paper,the authors summarized the latest discovered terpene chemical components in Callicarpa spp.from 2015-2022,including 136 terpenoids first discovered from this genus.We also analyzed the pharmacological effects of the above compounds about anti-inflammatory,neuroprotective,hepatoprotective and antitumor effects,with the aim of providing a reference for the basic research on the pharmacological substances of Callicarpa spp..
