大连市2所高校护理研究生自杀意念与智谋水平的关系分析

摘　　要：目的 调查大连市2所高校护理研究生自杀意念现状,并分析其与智谋水平的关系,为护理研究生自杀预防提供参考依据。方法 2021年1—2月,采用目的抽样法,分别使用自杀意念量表以及智谋量表对大连市2所高校的203名护理研究生的自杀意念及智谋水平进行评估,采用Pearson相关分析验证自杀意念与智谋水平的相关性。结果 大连市2所高校的203名护理研究生自杀意念量表总分[M(P25,P75)]为4(2,8)分,智谋量表总分为(92.78±18.84)分,27人报告有自杀意念,占13.3%。性格外向、经济压力小、对专业满意度高和高智谋水平是护理研究生自杀意念的保护性因素(均P<0.05)。护理研究生自杀意念与智谋得分呈负相关(r=-0.19,P<0.01)。结论 大连市2所高校护理研究生自杀意念发生率较高,应重点关注性格内向、经济压力大、专业满意度低和智谋水平较低的学生。此外,应采取相应的措施提高护理研究生智谋水平,降低其自杀意念。Objective To investigate the status quo of suicidal ideation in nursing graduate students in 2 universities in Dalian,and to analyze its relationship with the level of resourcefulness,so as to provide reference for suicide prevention of nursing graduate students. Methods From January to February 2021,the purposeful sampling method was used to evaluate the suicidal ideation and resourcefulness level of 203 nursing graduate students from 2 universities in Dalian using the suicidal ideation scale and the resource scale respectively,and the Pearson correlation analysis was used to test the correlation between suicidal ideation and level of resourcefulness. Results The total score of the suicide ideation scale[M(P25,P75)] was 4(2,8)points,and the score of resource scale was(92.78±18.84)points of 203 nursing graduate students from 2 universities in Dalian. 27 of them were reported to have suicidal ideation,accounting for 13.3%. Extroverted personality,less economic pressure,high professional satisfaction and high level of resourcefulness were protective factors for suicidal ideation in nursing graduate students(all P<0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between suicidal ideation and resourcefulness in nursing graduate students(r=-0.19,P<0.01). Conclusions The incidence of suicidal ideation in nursing graduate students in 2 universities in Dalian is relatively high,and attention should be paid to students with introverted personality,high economic pressure,low professional satisfaction and low level of resourcefulness. In addition,corresponding measures should be taken to improve the resourcefulness of nursing graduate students and reduce their suicidal ideation.
