摘 要:目的 了解湖北省4个城市市售淡水鱼中10种兽药及禁用药物残留水平。方法 2021年6月,在湖北省境内选取东部鄂州市、中部仙桃市和荆门市和西部宜昌市为代表的4个城市的大型超市和农贸市场采集市售淡水鱼样品40件,采用超高效液相色谱-质谱法检测喹诺酮类6种(培氟沙星、氧氟沙星、洛美沙星、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星以及诺氟沙星)、丁香酚类2种[丁香酚和3-氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲基磺酸盐(MS-222)]和地西泮类2种(地西泮和奥沙西泮)总计10种兽药及非法添加的残留量。结果 恩诺沙星检出率为62.5%,浓度范围为0.5~69.6μg/kg;环丙沙星检出率为17.5%,浓度范围为0.5~1.7μg/kg;氧氟沙星检出率为10.0%,浓度范围0.7~2.3μg/kg;其余喹诺酮均未检出;检出的恩诺沙星和环丙沙星样品均未超标,氧氟沙星超标率为10.0%。丁香酚检出率为47.5%,浓度范围为11.4~674.0μg/kg;3-氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲基磺酸盐(MS-222)均未检出。地西泮检出率和超标率均为5.0%,奥沙西泮均未检出。不同城市以及流通环节中喹诺酮类、丁香酚类、地西泮类检出率、超标率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 2021年湖北省4个城市市售淡水鱼养殖业仍存在氧氟沙星、地西泮违规使用的现象,需要引起相关部门关注和重视。Objective To understand the residues of 10 veterinary drugs and prohibited drugs in commercially available freshwater fish in four cities of Hubei Province in 2021. Methods In June 2021,40 samples of commercially available freshwater fish were collected from supermarkets and farmers’ markets in four cities represented by Ezhou City in the East,Xiantao and Jingmen in the Middle and Yichang in the West. The ultra high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to detect the residues of 10 veterinary drugs,including six kinds of quinolones(pefloxacin,ofloxacin,lomefloxacin,enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin),two kinds of eugenol[eugenol and ethyl 3-aminobenzoate methyl sulfonate(MS-222)],two kinds of diazepam(diazepam and oxazepam),and illegal additives. Results The detection rate of enrofloxacin was 62.5%,and the concentration range was 0.5-69.6 μg/kg. The detection rate of ciprofloxacin was 17.5%,and the concentration range was 0.5-1.7 μg/kg,The detection rate of ofloxacin was 10.0%,and the concentration range was 0.7-2.3 μg/kg. Other quinolones was not detected. The detected enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin did not exceed the standards,and the exceeding standard rate of ofloxacin was 10.0%. The detection rate of eugenol was 47.5%,and the concentration range was 11.4-674.0 μg/kg. MS-222 was not detected. The detection rate and exceeding standard rate of diazepam were both 5.0%,and oxazepam was not detected. There were no statistically significant differences in the detection rate and exceeding standard rate of quinolone,eugenol and diazepam among different cities and different circulation links(all P>0.05). Conclusion The illegal use of ofloxacin and diazepam still exists in commercially available freshwater fish in four cities of Hubei Province in 2021,which needs the attention of relevant departments.
