摘　　要：目的 探讨以生态系统理论为框架的团体游戏辅导式护理管理对学龄期白血病患儿负性情绪及治疗依从性影响。方法 选取2020年2月—2022年3月收治的96例学龄期白血病患儿为研究对象,按组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组以生态系统理论为框架开展的团体游戏辅导式护理管理,比较两组患儿护理效果。结果 基于生态系统理论的团体游戏辅导式护理干预后,观察组负面情绪(儿童抑郁障碍自评量表、儿童焦虑型情绪障碍筛查量表)评分、患病行为(患病角色、行为反应、负性情绪)评分均低于对照组;治疗依从性(遵医用药、配合程度、健康行为、合理饮食评分)评分均高于对照组;各项指标组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对白血病患儿实施以生态系统理论为框架的团体游戏辅导式护理管理,能够提高患儿治疗依从性,减轻当前负性情绪。Objective To explore the influence of group game coaching nursing management based on the framework of ecosystem theory on negative mood and treatment compliance in school-age leukemia children.Methods 96 cases of school-age leukemia children admitted from February 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of comparable basic data between groups, with 48 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing, the observation group conducted group game coaching nursing management based on the framework of ecosystem theory, to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results After the group game coaching nursing intervention based on ecosystem theory, the negative emotions(self-rating scale of children, anxiety disorder screening scale of children), and sick behavior(sick role, behavioral response, negative emotions) were lower than the control group;the scores of treatment compliance(medical compliance, cooperation, health behavior,reasonable diet) were higher than the control group, the differences between groups were statistically signifcant(P<0.05). Conclusion The group game coaching nursing management based on the framework of ecosystem theory for children with leukemia can improve their treatment compliance, reduce the current negative emotions.
