摘  要:卵子成熟障碍、受精失败与早期胚胎发育阻滞是生殖医学的研究热点。卵子发生和胚胎发育是非常复杂的过程。卵子成熟障碍、受精失败与胚胎发育阻滞是由包括遗传学因素在内的多种因素所导致。首例人卵母细胞成熟障碍被报道已有30年历史,直到近年来,卵母细胞成熟障碍的致病基因和分子机制在人类和小鼠模型中被广泛研究,进一步对于受精失败或胚胎发育阻滞的研究也取得了重要进展。本文结合近期最新的关于卵子成熟障碍、受精失败与胚胎发育阻滞的遗传学研究进行简要综述。Oocyte maturation arrest,fertilization failure and early embryonic arrest are the focus of modern reproductive medicine.Oogenesis is a very complex process.Oocyte maturation arrest and early embryonic arrest are caused by many genetic factors.It has been 30 years since the first case of human oocyte maturation arrest was reported.Until recent years,the pathogenic genes and molecular mechanisms of oocyte maturation arrest have been extensively studied in human and mouse models.Significant progress has been made in the study of fertilization failure or embryo development arrest.This article reviews the recent genetic studies of oocyte maturation arrest,fertilization failure and early embryonic arrest.
