社会公平感、政治绩效感如何影响政治参与行为——基于CSS2019数据的实证研究

摘　　要：民众的政治参与是当代中国政治发展的现实需要,也是现代民主政治的核心构成要素。基于CSS2019的全国性抽样调查数据,分析社会公平感、政治绩效感对政治参与行为的影响机制,并进一步检验政治绩效感在社会公平感与不同类型政治参与行为之间的调节效应。研究结果表明:社会公平感、政治绩效感对不同类型政治参与行为均具有显著影响。具体而言,民众的社会公平感或政治绩效感越高,越倾向于选择制度化政治参与行为,反之则越倾向于选择非制度化政治参与行为。同时,民众的政治绩效感在社会公平感与不同类型政治参与行为之间具有调节作用,即高政治绩效感对社会公平感与制度化政治参与行为之间的关系具有显著强化作用,对社会公平感与非制度化政治参与行为之间的关系具有抑制作用。Popular political participation is the realistic need of contemporary Chinese political development, and also the core component of modern democratic politics.Based on the national sample survey data of CSS2019,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of sense of social justice and sense of political performance on political participation behavior, and further testes the moderating effect of sense of political performance on the relationship between sense of social justice and different types of political participation behavior.The result showes that sense of social justice and sense of political performance have significant effects on different types of political participation behaviors.Specifically, the higher the public’s sense of social justice or political performance, the more likely they are to engage in institutionalized political participation, and the less likely they are to engage in non-institutionalized political participation.Meanwhile, sense of political performance moderates the relationship between sense of social justice and different types of political participation behavior, that is, high sense of political performance significantly strengthens the relationship between sense of social justice and institutionalized political participation behavior, and inhibits the relationship between perceived social justice and non-institutionalized political participation.
