摘　　要：一流本科专业建设是高等学校的一项重点建设工程,其中师资队伍建设既是新时期高等教育质量提高的关键和保障,也是“双一流”高校建设的内在必然要求。本研究结合学校动物科学专业发展的实际,从提高师资队伍水平为核心入手,分析教学团队的自身特点,利用学校学科门类齐全、专业分布广泛的优势,通过加强师德师风建设,提升教师政治觉悟,打造业务精湛的教师队伍,助力青年教师迅速成长,提高教师整体学术水平,共建“双师双能”型教师队伍等方面的举措,在加强师资队伍建设过程中取得了实质性成效。The construction of first-class undergraduate majors is a key construction project of colleges and universities, in which the construction of teaching staff is not only the key and guarantee to improve the quality of higher education in the new era, but also the internal inevitable requirement of the construction of "double first-class" colleges and universities. In this study, combining with the reality of the professional development of Animal Science in the school, starting from the improvement of the level of teachers, the author analyzes the characteristics of the teaching team, takes advantage of the advantages of the school’s complete disciplines and wide distribution of majors,strengthens the construction of teachers’ ethics and style, improves teachers’ political consciousness, creates a team of teachers with exquisite business, helps young teachers grow rapidly, and improves the overall academic level of teachers. The measures to build a "double qualified and double capable" teacher team have achieved substantial results in strengthening the construction of the teacher team.
