摘  要:镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷是一种优异的中红外材料,被广泛应用在军事领域和民用领域,具有典型的军民通用特点。本工作研究了烧结工艺对镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷物相、显微结构及光学性能的影响,确定了适合高质量镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷烧结工艺路线,对加快大尺寸透明陶瓷装甲材料产业化具有重要意义。结果表明:热压Mg Al_(2)O_(4)透明陶瓷中Li离子可能以LiAlO_(2)形式存在;热等静压Mg Al_(2)O_(4)透明陶瓷的优先取向生长面为(311);热压和热等静压工艺制备的Mg Al_(2)O_(4)陶瓷中Al离子、Mg离子偏离化学计量配比且Al和Mg摩尔比大于2,随着热等静压压力增大,陶瓷内部小晶粒增多,同时发现MgAl_(2)O_(4)陶瓷晶粒尺寸控制在20~40μm有利于提升3~5μm平均透过率,处理温度1750℃、压力170 MPa条件下有利于提升MgAl_(2)O_(4)透明陶瓷3~5μm波段的平均透过率,平均透过率大于85%。同时,发现热等静压烧结时间对提升MgAl_(2)O_(4)透明陶瓷的红外透过率作用较小。MgAl_(2)O_(4)transparent ceramic is a superior mid-infrared material,which is widely used in military and civil fields.In this paper,the effect of sintering process on the phase,microstructure and optical properties of magnesia alumina spinel transparent ceramics was investigated,and the sintering process route suitable for high-quality magnesia alumina spinel transparent ceramics was determined,which is of great significance for accelerating the industrialization of large-scale transparent ceramic armor materials.The results show that Li ions in hot pressed(HP)MgAl_(2)O_(4)transparent ceramics may exist in the form of LiAlO_(2).The preferential growth surface of Mg Al_(2)O_(4)transparent ceramics obtained by hot isostatic pressing(HIP)sintering process is(311).Al and Mg ions of Mg Al_(2)O_(4)ceramics prepared by HP and HIP sintering deviate from the stoichiometric ratio,and Al/Mg ratio is greater than2.The small grains in the ceramics increase with the increase of HIP pressure,and the grain size of MgAl_(2)O_(4)ceramics is within20-40μm,which is conducive to improving the average transmittance of 3-5μm.Based on the results by hot isostatic pressing test,the HIP sintering temperature of 1750℃and the pressure of 170 MPa are conducive to improving the average infrared transmittance(>85%).In addition,the HIP sintering time has little effect on improving the infrared transmittance of MgAl_(2)O_(4)transparent ceramics.
