摘 要:在国家制造业转型升级背景下,课题组以智能制造专业“机械制图”课程为对象进行教学改革,基于智能制造专业培养目标、学校办学定位、智能制造专业实验设备等内容优化该专业的培养方向,提出了紧跟学科前沿,以学科竞赛、教师科研为依托进行“机械制图”课程改革的建议;并在此基础上对课程进行优化,缩减画法几何的陈旧内容,丰富工程制图部分,促进三维数字化建模内容与力学、设计等部分的交叉融合,在机械制图测绘中引入三维造型设计、3D打印、数控加工环节,夯实学生绘图与设计能力,增强学生工程应用和实践能力,提升学生创新能力。Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the national manufacturing industry,the research group carried out teaching reform with the“Mechanical Drawing”course of the intelligent manufacturing specialty as the object,optimized the training direction of the specialty based on the training objectives of the intelligent manufacturing specialty,the orientation of the school,the experimental equipment of the intelligent manufacturing specialty,and put forward suggestions for the reform of the“Mechanical Drawing”course based on the discipline frontier,subject competition,and teachers’scientific research.On this basis,the course is optimized,the obsolete content of descriptive geometry is reduced,the engineering drawing part is enriched,the 3D digital modeling content and mechanics,design and other parts are promoted to cross and integrate,the 3D modeling design,3D printing,and numerical control processing links are introduced into the mechanical drawing and mapping,the students’drawing and design ability is consolidated,the students’engineering application and practice ability is enhanced,and the students’innovation ability is improved.
