基于高校特点构建校园反诈新模式

摘　　要：校园电信网络诈骗不仅给师生员工造成财产等合法权益损失,也是影响校园和谐安定的毒瘤之一。本文在分析校园电信网络诈骗特点、产生原因的基础上,分析目前校园反诈防范体系中的不足之处,并据此改进反诈措施,构建具有高校特色的校园反诈新模式,提高反诈实效性。Campus telecommunication network fraud not only causes losses to the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students,but also affects the campus harmony and stability.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and causes of campus telecommunication network fraud,this paper finds out the deficiencies in the current campus anti-fraud prevention system,and accordingly improves the anti-fraud measures,builds a new campus anti-fraud model with university characteristics,and improves the effectiveness of anti-fraud.
