温经散结消癥方联合米非司酮片治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫肌瘤临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温经散结消癥方联合米非司酮片治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取75例子宫肌瘤患者,按治疗方式不同分为对照组36例及观察组39例,对照组口服米非司酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服温经散结消癥方治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、肿瘤体积、子宫体积、性激素[黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]水平的变化。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为89.74%,对照组为69.44%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组下腹部包块、月经异常、带下量多、畏寒肢冷、大便稀溏、小便清长中医证候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组子宫体积及肌瘤体积均较治疗前缩小(P<0.05),观察组子宫体积及肌瘤体积均小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组E_(2)、FSH、LH水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组上述3项水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温经散结消癥方联合米非司酮片治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫肌瘤可缓解患者临床症状,调控激素水平,抑制肿瘤生长,缩小病灶,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Wenjing Sanjie Xiaozheng Prescription combined with Mifepristone Tablets on uterine fibroids of congealing cold with blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 75 patients with uterine fibroids were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 36 and 39 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with Mifepristone Tablets orally,and the observation group was additionally treated with Wenjing Sanjie Xiaozheng Prescription based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three months continuously.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared between the two groups.Before and after treatment,the changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores,tumor volume,uterine volume and levels of sex hormones,including luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and estradiol(E_(2)),were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 89.74% in the observation group and 69.44% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of lower abdominal lumps,abnormal menstruation,excessive vaginal discharge,fear of cold and cold limbs,sloppy stool,clear urine in large amount in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above six scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine volumes and tumor volumes in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two volumes in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hormone levels of E_(2),SH and LH in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Wenjing Sanjie Xiaozh
