摘　　要：地方志中蕴含大量文化资源,对中医药文化溯源及发展具有实际意义。目前医家医著研究以南方地方志为主,北京地方志研究较缺乏。本研究使用雕龙数据库,基于北京及其周边地区不同时期地方志,通过资料分析对北京各时期各医家、医著等专项情况开展研究。阐述了北京方志医家、医著史料概况及其价值,体现其对中医学发展所产生的影响。研究发现方志记载明清医家居多;医家记载具有家世传承有序、重视医风医德、行医事多附会等特点。提炼北京中医学术发展特点,针对区域医学史研究进行补充,对北京方志中医资料挖掘具有现实意义。Local Chronicles contain a large amount of cultural resources, and the study of local chronicles is of practical significance to the origin tracing of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)culture. Previous studies mainly based on the southern local Chronicles rather than Beijing local Chronicles. A systematic analysis is conducted on TCM doctors and medical monographs in Beijing area by studying Beijing local chronicles with Diaolong database. This study expounds the general situation and historical value of local doctors and medical works in Beijing, and reflects the influence on the development of TCM. The majority of TCM doctors recorded in local Chronicles were in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. They obtained medical skills as a family inheritence, and they valued medical morals as a tradition. Besides, the event about doctors is always farfetched. This study refined the academic development characteristics of TCM in Beijing and supplemented the study of regional medical history, which is of practical significance to the mining of TCM data in Beijing local Chronicles.
