摘　　要：构树因其高蛋白质含量特性而成为饲料与营养研究领域的热点,通过发酵可以进一步改善构树的营养特性和提高饲用效率。本文从构树的营养特性、发酵处理技术以及动物饲养应用方面进行综述,以期为构树的进一步开发和利用提供参考。Broussonetia papyrifera is the hotpot in research area of feedstuff and nutrition for the high crude protein content. Fermentation could furtherly improve the nutrition character and feed efficiency of Broussonetia papyrifera. This paper reviewed the nutrition characteristic,fermentation technology and application in animal feeding of Broussonetia papyrifera,which aimed to provide the assistance for the furtherly exploitation and application.
