摘  要:试验利用体外产气方法,通过瘤胃发酵参数以及体外干物质降解率和代谢能计算,评价葡萄渣、钙果渣、番茄渣三种非常规饲料的营养价值。结果显示:累积产气量由高到低依次为钙果渣、番茄渣、葡萄渣;瘤胃微生物蛋白浓度存在显著性差异(P <0.05),从大到小依次为钙果渣>番茄渣>葡萄渣。氨态氮含量从大到小依次为番茄渣>葡萄渣>钙果渣;钙果渣的体外干物质降解率显著高于番茄渣和葡萄渣(P <0.05),钙果渣代谢能值最高。试验结果表明,钙果渣的营养价值大于番茄渣,番茄渣大于葡萄渣。In the experiment,the in vitro gas production method was used to evaluate the nutritional value of three unconventional feeds: grape pomace,calcium pomace and tomato pomace by calculating the rumen fermentation parameters and the in vitro dry matter degradation rate and metabolizable energy. The results showed that the cumulative gas production was calcium pomace,tomato pomace,and grape pomace from high to low;there were significant differences in rumen microbial protein concentrations(P < 0.05),and the order from large to small was calcium pomace >tomato pomace >grape scum. The content of ammonia nitrogen in descending order was tomato pomace >grape pomace >calcium pomace;the in vitro dry matter degradation rate of calcium pomace was significantly higher than that of tomato pomace and grape pomace(P <0.05),and calcium pomace had the highest metabolizable energy value. The test results indicated that the nutritional value of calcium pomace was greater than that of tomato pomace,and that of tomato pomace was greater than that of grape pomace.
