肿瘤放疗科护士临终关怀态度现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤放疗科护士临终关怀态度的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采取整群抽样法,选取浙江省肿瘤医院肿瘤放疗科护士作为调查对象,应用一般资料调查表、中文版佛罗梅尔特临终关怀态度量表-B进行横断面调查。结果138名肿瘤放疗科护士临终关怀态度总得分为(107.08±11.38)分,其中临终整体照护意识得分较高(68.02±5.81)分;照顾临终患者的态度得分较低(39.62±5.83)分。年龄、职称、宗教信仰、接受过临终关怀和死亡教育/培训、过去1年有失去亲人经历是肿瘤放疗科护士临终关怀态度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤放疗科护士临终关怀态度水平有待提高,尤其是情感方面。Objective To study the present status on attitudes toward hospice care of nurses in tumor radiotherapy department and analyze its influencing factors.Method Choose nurses from tumor radiotherapy department of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital by cluster sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire and Frommelt Attitudes Toward Care of the Dying Scale Form B(FATCOD-B).Result The total score on attitudes toward hospice care of 138 nurses in tumor radiotherapy department is(107.08±11.38),in which the score on consciousness of holistic hospice care is high(68.02±5.81)and the score on caring attitudes toward dying patients is low(39.62±5.83).Age,professional title,religious belief,receving hospice care and death education/training,experience of losing one’s family member in a past year are influencing factors of attitudes toward hospice care of nurses in tumor radiotherapy department(P<0.05).Conclusion The attitudes toward hospice care of nurses in tumor radiotherapy department needs to be improved,especially in emotions.
