摘 要:目前叶菜主要收割方式仍依赖于手工收获,整个过程费时、费力,而传统收割机的体型较大,对较小面积和复杂环境的青菜收割区域的适应性较差,因于此,设计了一种具有链轮提升机构的绿叶菜收割装置替换传统的靠静摩擦力输送的传送带机构,并且设计有通过旋动手轮来改变割刀高度的高度调节装置,通过多直流电机配合作为动力源。该装置结构轻小,效率较高,方便在大棚等不同场地进行操作,满足现代化农业的标准,即节能减排,低碳环保的要求。At present, the leaf vegetable’s main harvesting method still depends on manual harvesting, and the whole process is time-consuming and laborious. However, the traditional harvester is large in size, and its adaptability to the small area and complex environment of green vegetables harvesting area is poor. Therefore, a green leafy vegetable harvesting device with sprocket lifting mechanism is designed in this paper to replace the traditional conveyor belt mechanism with static friction, and it has a height adjusting device to change the height of the cutter by rotating the hand wheel, and a multi-DC motor is used as the power source. The device is light and small in structure, high in efficiency, convenient to operate in different places such as greenhouses, and meets the requirements of modern agricultural standards, namely, energy saving, emission reduction, low carbon and environmental protection.
