摘  要:目的 以佛山地铁3号线工程为依托,研究深厚软流塑地层预加固对盾构隧道掘进变形的影响。方法 采用格栅式三轴搅拌桩进行预加固处理,利用Plaxis 3D数值软件通过实测验证的数值模拟方法,模拟分析不同加固范围及隧道埋深在双线盾构隧道掘进时对地表竖向位移的影响。结果 采用格栅式三轴搅拌桩加固处理时,当控制加固深度及宽度分别为隧道拱顶上部0.5 D到拱底下部0.5 D和隧道左右两侧各0.5~1 D之间,加固效果显著,最大沉降值由未加固时27.7 mm减少到8.9 mm,为未加固的32.1%;先行隧道大于后行隧道对地表沉降的影响,地表沉降槽最大值偏向先行隧道一侧;当隧道埋深达到3 D,即可有效减少隧道掘进对地表沉降的影响。结论 合理控制三轴搅拌桩预加固范围、掘进参数和合理的隧道埋深能有效减少隧道掘进对地表沉降的影响。Based on the project of Foshan Metro Line 3,the influence of pre reinforcement of deep soft fluid plastic stratum on the tunneling deformation of shield tunnel was studied.The grid type triaxial mixing pile as pre reinforcement, the numerical simulation method verified through actual measurement by the Plaxis 3 D numerical software as research method, the influence of different reinforcement scope and tunnel buried depth on the vertical displacement of ground surface during double track shield tunneling is simulated and analyzed.The results show that when the grid triaxial mixing pile is used for reinforcement, When the control reinforcement depth and width are respectively 0.5 D from the upper part of the tunnel arch crown to 0.5 D from the lower part of the arch bottom and 0.5~1 D from the left and right sides of the tunnel, The reinforcement effect is remarkable.The maximum settlement value is reduced from 27.7 mm to 8.9 mm, which is 32.1% of that without reinforcement.The influence of the first tunnel is greater than that of the second tunnel on the surface settlement, and the maximum value of the surface settlement trough is biased to one side of the first tunnel;When the buried depth of the tunnel reaches 3 D,the impact of tunnel excavation on surface settlement can be effectively reduced.So it can be effectively reduced the impact of tunnel excavation on surface settlement by reasonably controlling the pre reinforcement range of triaxial mixing pile, tunneling parameters and reasonable tunnel buried depth.
