东道国制度质量与中国OFDI的出口贸易效应

摘　　要：采用国际贸易引力模型研究了东道国制度质量和中国对外直接投资对中国出口贸易的影响,并用两阶段最小二乘法与面板误差修正模型进行实证研究。结果表明,中国对外直接投资、东道国政治制度质量与经济制度质量对中国对外出口贸易都有正向影响;东道国制度质量对中国对外直接投资的出口促进效应呈负向调节作用。This paper uses the international trade gravity model to study the impact of the host country′s institutional quality and China′s foreign direct investment on China′s export trade,and uses the two-stage least squares method and panel error correction model to conduct empirical research.The results show that China′s foreign direct investment,the quality of the host country’s political system,and the quality of the economic system all have a positive impact on China′s foreign export trade;the quality of the host country’s system has a negative regulatory effect on the export promotion effect of China′s foreign direct investment.In order to achieve economic growth and foreign trade development,the government should encourage enterprises to actively invest abroad,expand investment areas,deploy overseas markets and stimulate export demand growth.
