摘 要:目的 探讨实施模拟教学法用于产科实习护士带教中的价值。方法 选择2020年1月—2021年1月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院产科实习的30名学员为对照组,2021年1月—2022年1月在产科实习的30名学员为观察组,对照组应用常规带教模式,观察组应用模拟教学法,评价两组学员教学效果、能力及满意度评价情况。结果 实习完成后两组实习护士理论知识考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩均明显较开始实习前提高,且观察组考核成绩明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组实习护士在分析问题能力、解决问题能力、思维能力、沟通交流能力各项评分上明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组实习护士满意度96.67%明显高于对照组80.00%(P <0.05)。结论 产科实习护士带教中,应用模拟教学法,可取得良好的教学效果,显著提高实习护士的专业素养,提升工作能力及提高带教满意度。Objecive To discuss the implementation of the simulation teaching method for the value of the maternity internship nurses. Methods The control group consisted of 30 students who practiced in obstetrics at Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021, and the observation group consisted of 30 students who practiced in obstetrics from January 2021 to January 2022. The control group applied conventional teaching mode and the observation group applied simulation teaching method to evaluate the teaching effect, ability and satisfaction of the two groups of students. Results After the completion of the internship, the theory of internship nurses theory knowledge assessment results, the practice of practical operation assessment was significantly higher than that in the internship, and the observation team assessment results were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);observation group internship nurse in analyzing problems The score of solving problems, thinking, and communication skills is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group internship nurse satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of obstetric practice nurses, the application of simulation teaching method can achieve good teaching results,significantly improve the professional quality of practice nurses, enhance their working ability and improve the satisfaction of teaching.
