摘  要:目的 探讨三维绩效机制下的接力教学模式在护士急救生命支持类仪器培训中的应用效果。方法 在实施三维绩效机制下,选取80名分别为广西医科大学第二附属医院急诊科、麻醉科、呼吸与危重症学科的护士作为研究对象,2020年3—8月的采用传统模式进行急救仪器培训,2021年3—8月采用接力教学模式进行急救仪器培训。比较两种教学模式的临床实践成绩、操作用时以及护士满意度。结果 接力教学模式培训后护士急救仪器的临床实践成绩明显提升(P <0.05)、仪器操作用时明显缩短(P <0.05),护士对接力教学模式具有较高的满意率(93.5%)。结论 三维绩效机制下的接力教学模式,充分调动了护士参加非基础护理范畴的急救仪器培训学习的积极性、主动性和持续性,得到护士的高度认可,培训效果明显优于传统教学模式。Objective To explore the effect of the relay teaching mode under the three-dimensional performance mechanism in the first-aid life support equipment training for nurses. Methods Eighty nurses from emergency department, anesthesiology department, respiratory department and critical care department were included in the study. The first aid instrument training was conducted in the traditional mode from March to August of 2020 and the relay teaching mode from March to August of 2021,both under the implementation of three-dimensional performance mechanism. Clinical practice score and operation time of two teaching models were compared, and nurses’ satisfaction with the teaching model was investigated. Results After intervention, the clinical practice score of nurses’ first aid equipment was significantly improved(P<0.05). The operation time of instrument was significantly shortened(P<0.05). The nurse to relay teaching mode with high satisfaction(93.5%). Conclusion The relay teaching mode based on the three-dimensional performance mechanism has fully mobilized the enthusiasm, initiative and persistence of nurses to participate in first-aid equipment training in nonbasic nursing fields, which is highly recognized by nurses.The training effect is evidently better than that of traditional teaching model.
