摘  要:目的 为了调查研究纵向整合临床实习教学模式对学生学习主动性、语言表达能力及学生满意度的影响。方法 选取2020年9月—2021年9月期间重庆医科大学附属永川医院88名临床专业本科生为本次研究的研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和研究组,各44名。对照组研究对象采用传统科室轮转教学模式进行教学,研究组研究对象采用纵向整合教学模式进行教学。比较两组教学效果。结果 研究组有95.45%名学生学习主动性明显提高,88.64%名学生语言表达能力明显提高,知识掌握情况效果、知识应用能力以及教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 纵向整合临床实习教学模式能够提高学生学习主动性、语言表达能力,全方面提升学生对知识的掌握情况和知识应用能力,同时对教学模式的满意度也能大大提升。Objective To investigate and study the influence of longitudinally integrated clinical practice teaching mode on students’ learning initiative, language expression ability and student satisfaction. Methods From September 2020 to September 2021, 88 clinical undergraduates from Yongchuan Hospital affiliated to Chongqing Medical University were selected as the research objects of this study, and they were randomly divided into control group and research group, 44 in each group. The subjects in the control group used the traditional department rotation teaching mode for teaching, while the subjects in the research group used the vertical integration teaching mode for teaching. Compare the teaching effect between the two groups. Results 95.45%of the students in the study group were significantly more proactive in learning, and 88.64% of the students’ language expression skills were significantly improved. The effect of knowledge mastery, knowledge application ability,and teaching satisfaction were all higher than those of the control group, P<0.05, the gap was statistically significant learn meaning. Conclusion Vertically integrated clinical practice teaching model can improve students’ learning initiative, language expression ability, and improve students’ knowledge mastery and knowledge application ability in all aspects. At the same time, the satisfaction with the teaching model can also be greatly improved.
