摘  要:眼科学专业性强,知识体系相对独立,与其他临床专科联系相对较少,因此眼科教学内容较为庞杂枯燥;同时,眼球作为小脏器器官,组织结构查体均需借助显微专科检查设备,学习曲线较长,知识掌握相对困难;加之眼科学常被归属于"考查课",所占学时少,不被学生重视,上述因素均在一定程度上降低了学生的学习主动性。如何呈现吸引学生的高质量理论课是对授课教师的巨大挑战。在过去的教学中,教师尝试调整授课方式,将教科书中各个知识点背后的经典科学研究以故事的形式引入课堂,帮助学生以生动的方式掌握这些知识点,同时了解教科书中的经典知识点是如何被建立、被证实。问卷调查结果显示,调整后的课堂趣味性增加,激发了学生对教科书的兴趣与好奇心,同时增强了学生学习的主动性并加深了学生对眼科学理论知识的理解;也帮助学生了解医学科学研究的一般过程、帮助学生建立初步的临床科研思维及批判性思维。同时,我们利用我国优秀医学研究的典型专家学者作为思政元素,培养学生的职业道德及社会主义核心价值观。Ophthalmology is a rather specific discipline which has indirect relevance to other clinical science courses. Ophthalmic course is generally difficult to be taught and learned due to large load of course content and limited teaching time, especially when instruments, such as ophthalmoscope, retinoscope etc. are required for vision system learning and ophthalmic exam. Furthermore, to medical students, ophthalmology is an optional course and is underrepresented as examinable material. All above greatly diminishes the motivation and enthusiasm of students in learning. Delivering high-quality lecture class has been a tremendous challenge for us. Recent years, we reformed the ophthalmology teaching strategies by integrating classical scientific research into lecture class through a story-telling way. We not only helped the students understand the textbook content in an interesting way, but also introduced the process of real scientific research to them. The feedback questionnaires showed that the reformed strategy promotes students’ engagement in class, and fosters their interest and curiosity about textbook which effectively promotes active learning. Furthermore, the reformed class helps students know about scientific research process, and help them establish clinic research thinking and critical thinking. Core socialist values were always incorporated into the classroom by introducing excellent Chinese experts/researchers whose professional ethic, sense of responsibility and self-discipline should be inherited.
