摘  要:月季作为世界四大鲜切花之首,具有很高的商业价值,而其较短的货架和瓶插寿命则制约了月季切花产业的发展。本研究以切花月季‘卡罗拉’为试验材料,2%SUC+200 mg/L 8-HQ+200 mg/L CA为基础瓶插液,研究不同浓度6-BA和CaCl_(2)共同配比对月季鲜切花保鲜的影响。通过对花朵形态、花径、鲜重、水分平衡值等指标的比较,结果表明:复合保鲜剂2%SUC+200 mg/L 8-HQ+200 mg/L CA+80 mg/L 6-BA+4 g/L CaCl_(2)的保鲜效果最佳。在不更换保鲜剂的情况下,切花月季‘卡罗拉’的瓶插寿命达15 d,分别比蒸馏水和可利鲜3号延长了8 d和7 d。As the first of the four most famous fresh cut flowers in the world,rose is of high commercial value,but its short shelf and vase life limits the expanding of its industry.In this paper,the preservative effects of different concentrations of 6-BA and CaCl_(2)on Rosa hybrida cv.Corolla cut flowers were studied,with 2%sucrose+200 mg/L 8-HQ+200 mg/L CA as basic preservative solution.The flower shape,flower diameter,fresh weight and water balance value were compared.The results showed that the composite preservative of 2%sucrose+200 mg/L 8-HQ+200 mg/L CA+80 mg/L 6-BA+4 g/L CaCl_(2)was optimal for preservative effect,and the vase life of R.hybrida cv.Corolla cut flowers was 15 days without changing the preservative,which was 8 d and 7 d longer than distilled water and Chrysal No.3,respectively.
