摘　　要：为进一步完善高等职业教育投入体制机制、建立多元多渠道筹措办学经费的机制、建立和完善高等职业教育阶段培养成本合理分担机制以及其他相关对策与措施,以广州公办高职院校生均综合定额拨款体制的构成、导向、合理增长路径和模式以及其他相关对策与措施为例,同国内外高等职业教育的投入进行比较研究,并提出对策建议。It is necessary to further improve the investment system and mechanism of higher vocational education, establish a mechanism for raising funds for running schools through multiple channels, and improve the reasonable sharing mechanism of training cost at the stage of higher vocational education and other relevant countermeasures and measures. Taking the composition, guidance, reasonable growth path and model of the comprehensive quota allocation system for students in Guangzhou’s public higher vocational colleges and other relevant countermeasures and measures as an example, this paper conducts a comparative study with the investment in higher vocational education at home and abroad, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
