摘　　要：高职院校进一步落实新档案法要求,做好档案工作,兼职档案员作为基层力量起着至关重要的作用。本文通过指出高职院校兼职档案员意识缺乏造成的问题,分析其原因及加强高职院校兼职档案员的档案意识的必要性,试图探究提升档案意识的对策,以使高职院校档案工作更加完善。To further implement the requirements of the new“Archives Law”and do a good job in archival work, part-time archivists play a vital role as a grassroots force. By pointing out the problems caused by the lack of awareness of part-time archivists in higher vocational colleges, analyzing the reasons and the necessity of strengthening the awareness of archives of part-time archivists in higher vocational colleges, this paper tries to explore the countermeasures on how to improve the archives awareness, with the purpose of perfecting the archives management in higher vocational colleges.
