摘　　要：随着人民生活水平的提高,外出就餐已经成为一种常见现象,餐饮企业成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的组成部分。影响消费者选择就餐的重要因素中,企业的道德水平是具有决定性的影响因素。众多餐饮企业重视企业道德的建设,因而,文章通过分析餐饮企业道德榜样,从企业道德角度分析餐饮企业如何坚守道德责任。With the improvement of people's living standards,dining out has become a common phenomenon,and catering enterprises have become an indispensable part of people's daily life.Among the important factors affecting consumers'choice of dining,the moral level of enterprises is a decisive factor.Many catering enterprises attach importance to the construction of corporate ethics,so this paper studies how to adhere to the moral responsibility of catering enterprises from the perspective of corporate ethics.
