摘　　要：目前,我国高职院校在国内教育体系范围内还处在比较薄弱的位置,存在政府投入不足、师资力量薄弱、专业设置不合理、课程结构不合理、校企合作制度不完善等问题。高职教育是中国高等教育的重要组成部分,高职发展必须立足于社会和市场需要,强化校政协同、校企协同等,构建学校、政府、企业以及相关关联方等多方协同的培养动力机制。高职教育与其他高等教育不同,产学研结合以“学”为主,即以培养高素质的实用技术为目的,以提升在校学生的专业技能为指导,以促进高职院校毕业生高质量毕业为基准。高职院校产学研合作的前提条件在于政府、企业、高校等相关主体关系与参与方式的明确,通过分析高职院校产学研合作人才培养主体体系及参与方式,探索产学研合作主体关系,创新性地构建高职院校产学研合作人才协同培养机制。At present,China's higher vocational colleges are still in a relatively weak position within the scope of the domestic education system.There are problems such as insufficient government investment,weak teachers,unreasonable specialty settings,unreasonable curriculum structure,and imperfect school enterprise cooperation system.Higher vocational education is an important part of China's higher education.The development of higher vocational education must be based on the needs of society and the market,strengthen the school government coordination,school enterprise coordination,etc.,and build a multi-party cooperative training power mechanism for schools,governments,enterprises and related parties.Higher vocational education is different from other higher education.The combination of industry,university and research focuses on“learning”,that is,to cultivate high-quality practical technology,to improve the professional skills of students in school as a guide,and to promote high-quality graduation of vocational college graduates as a benchmark.The prerequisite for the cooperation of industry,university and research in higher vocational colleges lies in the clarification of the relationship between the government,enterprises,universities and other relevant subjects and the way of participation.By analyzing the subject system and the way of participation of the cooperation of industry,university and research in higher vocational colleges,we will explore the relationship between the subject of the cooperation of industry,university and research,and creatively build the mechanism of the cooperation of industry,university and research in higher vocational colleges.
