摘 要:藻类种间竞争是影响藻类群落结构的重要过程。以往研究主要关注单种环境因子对藻类种间竞争的影响,较少考虑两种环境因子对种间竞争的耦合影响,并且未揭示生长周期各阶段(适应期、对数期、稳定期、衰亡期)的区别。基于室内实验,分析了不同流速和营养状态组合对铜绿微囊藻和斜生栅藻种间竞争的影响。结果发现:低流速和正常营养状态的组合时,铜绿微囊藻的竞争地位强于斜生栅藻。然而,较高流速和富营养状态的组合时,铜绿微囊藻的竞争地位弱于斜生栅藻。此外,正常营养状态时,两种藻的竞争优势在生长周期各阶段都容易受到相对高流速的影响,然而富营养状态时,在适应期和对数期不易受水流速度的影响。这表明本次研究的两个环境因素不仅可以改变种间竞争中的优势物种,还可以影响生长周期各阶段的种间竞争优势。The interspecific competition among algae is an important process affecting the algal community structure.Previous studies mainly focused on the effect of a single environmental factor on the interspecific competition among algae.However,few studies considered the combined effects of two environmental factors.In addition,few studies revealed the differences of interspecific competition in different periods of the whole growth cycle(adaptation period,logarithmic period,stable period and decline period).Based on laboratory experiments,this study analyzed the combined effects of flow velocity and nutrient status on the interspecific competition between Microcystis aeruginosa and Scenedesmus obliquus.The results showed that Microcystis aeruginosa was superior to Scenedesmus obliquus in the low flow velocity and normal nutrient status groups.However,Microcystis aeruginosa became less competitive than Scenedesmus obliquus in the low flow velocity and eutrophic status.In addition,the competitive dominance of the two algae was easily affected by relatively high flow velocity during the different periods of the whole growth cycle in the normal nutrient status groups.However,the competitive dominance of the two algae was not easily to be affected by the flow velocity during the adaptation period and logarithmic period in the eutrophic status groups.This study showed that the dominant species in the interspecific competition could be altered by the two factors studied herein.What′s more,the competitive dominance of the two algae could be affected by the period of the growth cycle.
