摘  要:目的 探讨Snail、MMP-9、VEGF在结直肠癌组织中的表达情况和临床病理意义。方法 收集2018年6月至2020年6月期间就诊于包头医学院第二附属医院的80例结直肠癌患者为实验组,80例癌旁组织(癌旁5 cm以上)为对照组,另外选取80例健康检查的腺瘤患者,通过免疫组化检测Snail、MMP-9、VEGF在3组组织标本中的表达情况。结果 观察组Snail、MMP-9、VEGF阳性率及阳性程度明显高于对照组和腺瘤组织(P<0.05);Snail、MMP-9、VEGF阳性率与TNM分期相关肿瘤分化程度、淋巴转移(P<0.05);Snail、MMP-9、VEGF的联合表达与肿瘤浸润、淋巴转移相关(χ^(2)=31.714,P<0.001;χ^(2)=14.005,P<0.001),进一步Spearman等级分析显示,Snail、MMP-9、VEGF三种蛋白的联合表达与结直肠癌的浸润深度、淋巴转移呈正相关(r=0.753、0.500,P<0.001)。结论 Snail、MMP-9、VEGF在CRC中呈高表达,提示可能参与新生血管形成和促进上皮-间质转化,诱导肿瘤扩散,因此,Snail、MMP-9、VEGF有可能成为结直肠癌诊断、预后判定及治疗的潜在的基因靶点。Objective To investigate the expression status of Snail and MMP-9 and VEGF in colorectal cancer.Methods Collected during June 2018 to June 2020 in Baotou medical college hospital of 80 cases of colorectal cancer tissue group, 80 cases of adjacent tissue(5 cm above) as a control group, and 80 cases of health examination of adenoma patients, by immunotest the expression of Snail, MMP-9, VEGF in 3 groups of tissue samples.Results The results of Snail, MMP-9 and VEGF were significantly higher than the control group and adenoma tissue(P<0.05);Snail, MMP-9 and VEGF were associated with the degree of tumor differentiation related to TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05);the combined expression of Snail, MMP-9 and VEGF was associated with tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis(χ^(2)=31.714,P<0.001;χ^(2)=14.005,P<0.001), Further Spearman rank analysis revealed that, The combined expression of Snail, MMP-9and VEGF proteins was positively correlated with the depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis in colorectal cancer(r=0.753,0.500,All cases were P<0.001).Conclusion Snail and MMP-9 and VEGF are highly expressed in CRC, suggesting that they may participate in nevessel formation and promote epithelial-stromal transformation and induce tumor spread. Therefore, Snail, MMP-9 and VEGF have potential gene targets for the diagnosis, prognostic determination and treatment of colorectal cancer.
