摘 要:针对我国化工长输管道阻垢剂普通投加方式在中末段阻垢效果差、结垢依然严重的问题,开发出三聚氰胺甲醛树脂包裹共聚物的微胶囊阻垢剂,可在管道中缓慢释放,持续作用。以原位聚合的方法将三元共聚物IA-HEMA-AMPS(衣康酸/甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸)包裹到三聚氰胺甲醛(MF)微胶囊中,合成得了MF/IA-HEMA-AMPS微胶囊。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对微胶囊进行表征,考察共聚物的添加量与微胶囊包封率之间的关系,并利用静态与动态实验测试了微胶囊的缓释性能。结果显示:合成的微胶囊表面光滑规则,尺寸均匀,稳定性好,包封率高达92%;缓释实验中,静态释放率最高为80%,动态释放率最高为96.2%,表明该微胶囊缓释性能优异,可在长输管道中实现长效阻垢,保护管道的同时提高阻垢剂的利用率。In view of the problems including the poor scale inhibition effect of the common dosing method of scale inhibitor in the middle and end of chemical long-distance pipeline and that the serious scalein China, a microcapsule scale inhibitor of melamine formaldehyde resin coated copolymer was developed, which can be slowly released in the pipeline and continue to function. In this paper, the ternary copolymer IA-HEMA-AMPS(itaconic acid/hydroxyethyl methacrylate/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid) was encapsulated in melamine formaldehyde(MF)microcapsules by in-situ polymerization, and MF/IA-HEMA-AMPS microcapsules were synthesized. The microcapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the relationship between the amount of copolymer added and the encapsulation efficiency of microcapsules was investigated, and the sustained release performance of microcapsules was tested by static and dynamic experiments. The results showed that the surface of the microcapsules was smooth and regular, the size was uniform, the stability was good, and the encapsulation efficiency was up to 92%;In the slow release experiment, the static release rate was up to 80%, and the dynamic release rate was up to 96.2%, indicating that the microcapsule had excellent slow release performance, could achieve long-term scale inhibition in long-distance pipelines, and improve the utilization rate of scale inhibitor while protecting pipelines.
