《难经》诠释视野与方法的反思——以滑寿诠释《难经·二十三难》为例

摘　　要：《难经》历代注家众多,因古代注家掌握的材料以传世文献为主,研究方法比较单一,对先秦两汉时期医学源流的认识存在不足,故未能完全诠释《难经》本义。近年来,随着天回医简相关研究的深入,学者认为天回医简与扁鹊学派存在密切关联,而《难经》自隋唐以来被认为是秦越人或扁鹊学派之著作,出土文献材料的研究能给《难经》研究提供另一视角下的丰富材料。试以《难经·二十三难》为例,基于先秦两汉不同流派对经脉认识差异的角度,结合天回医简出土文献研究,以分析《难经》诠释中存在的深层问题,以期为正确理解《难经》提供思路。Nan Jing(The Classic of Difficult Issues)has been interpreted by many commentators over the ages.However,the original meaning of the book has not be fully interpreted yet due to the following 3 reasons.The materials available to the ancient commentators were mainly heirloom documents;the research method was relatively homogeneous;there was a lack of understanding of the origin of medicine in the Pre-Qin and Han Dynasties.In recent years,with the in-depth study of the Tianhui medical slips,scholars believe the Tianhui medical slips are closely related to the Bianque school.Because Nan Jing(The Classic of Difficult Issues)has been considered to be the work of QIN Yue'ren or the Bianque school since the Sui and Tang Dynasties,to study excavated documents can provide rich materials for Nan Jing(The Classic of Difficult Issues)research from another perspective.Therefore,this study has taken Nan Jing(The Classic of Difficult Issues)·23 Difficulties as the example to get into the root of problems in interpreting Nan Jing(The Classic of Difficult Issues).It has been based on the different understanding of meridians by various schools in the Pre-Qin and Han Dynasties,and combined excavated documents of Tianhui medical slips,aiming to provide enlightments for the correct understanding of Nan Jing(The Classic of Difficult Issues).
