摘　　要：慢性淋巴细胞白血病(chronic lymphocytic leukemia,CLL)是一种惰性恶性肿瘤,其特征在于成熟但功能失调的B淋巴细胞产生增加。趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)在CLL淋巴细胞上高表达且过与其相应的配体结合促进CLL细胞的动员、迁移、增殖和存活。据最近相关文献报道,趋化因子12-趋化因子受体4(CXCL12-CXCR4)轴通过激活多种信号通路及造血干细胞的迁移和归巢对骨髓中的生态环境进行调节,已成为CLL治疗靶点,尤其CXCR4靶向示踪剂临床上的研究非常活跃。但CXCR4在CLL中作用的相关文献较少。本文就CXCL12-CXCR4轴在CLL中的表达、作用机制、靶向治疗等方面的研究进展做一综述。Chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL)is an indolent malignant tumor characterized by an increase in the production of mature but dysfunctional B lymphocytes.Chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4)is highly expressed on CLL lymphocytes and overbinding with its corresponding ligand promotes the mobilization,migration,proliferation and survival of CLL cells.According to recent reports,chemokine 12-chemokine receptor 4(CXCL12-CXCR4)axis regulates the ecological environment in bone marrow by activating various signaling pathways and migration and homing of hematopoietic stem cells,and has become a therapeutic target of CLL,especially CXCR4-targeted tracers,which are very active in clinical studies.However,there are few literatures about the role of CXCR4 in CLL.In this review,the expression,mechanism and targeted therapy of CXCL12-CXCR4 axis in CLL were reviewed.
