摘　　要：随着物质文化、生活水平的日益提高,人们对竞技运动的关注有所增加,同时也有效推进了竞赛技战术的提高。特别是在排球赛中,一整套的战术是由技术构成的。在排球教学中,主要是要教会运动员训练的技术和策略。要想使运动员团队的作战意识得到充分体现,就必须把技术训练、战术训练、身体心理训练、观察训练等综合起来。该文对排球训练中的技战术模式进行了论述,以期找到各种训练的最好联系方法。With the increasing improvement of material culture and living standards,people pay more attention to competitive sports,which also effectively promotes the improvement of competition skills and tactics.Especially in volleyball competitions,a whole set of tactics is composed of techniques.In volleyball teaching,we should mainly teach the skills and strategies of training.In order to fully embody the combat awareness of the team of athletes,it is necessary to integrate technical training,tactical training,physical and psychological training,observation training,etc.This paper discusses the technical and tactical patterns in volleyball training,with a view to finding the best contact method for various kinds of training.
