摘　　要：该文采用文献资料、调查研究、逻辑分析等多种研究方法,对江海区现阶段中小学体育教师和学生对健康的认识和健康状况、学校开展健康教育情况进行了调查,较为全面分析了中小学体育教学中融入健康教育的意义以及存在的问题。基于此,提出组建团队,构建课程,打造云课堂的三大对策,促进健康教育在中小学体育教学中更好地开展,培养中小学生良好的锻炼习惯和健康的行为生活方式,促进学生全面和谐健康发展。By means of literature,investigation,logic analysis and other research methods,this paper investigates the health awareness and health status of PE teachers and students in primary and secondary schools in Jianghai District at the current stage,as well as the situation of health education in schools,and comprehensively analyzes the significance and problems of integrating health education into PE teaching in primary and secondary schools.Based on this,it is proposed to promote health education in PE teaching in primary and secondary schools from the three aspects of team building,curriculum building and cloud classroom building,cultivate good exercise habits and healthy behavior and lifestyle of primary and secondary students,and promote the comprehensive,harmonious and healthy development of students.
